Lead Front-End Developer (React + 2 years of experience of leading) (offline)

Project Description:
The platform provides end to end process of onboarding requests that flow from Clients to Sales to Operations and to downstream processing functions. The digitized platform allows Clients to securely receive and send their onboarding information, minimizing the need for paper-based documentation. Application is currently rolled out to multiple regions. Global coverage is ongoing.

Responsibilities:
-Design and develop applications and solutions.
-Has strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
-Has thorough knowledge of software engineering principles including development and release life-cycle, and continuous integration.
-Juggle multiple tasks in a results-oriented environment.
-Results-driven, able and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
- Supervising the Frontend team from task execution and performance perspective
- Mentoring new team members
- Perform and lead peer code review of project codebase changes
- Write good and well-tested code in JavaScript
- Evaluate and adopt new development tools, libraries and approaches to improve delivery quality

Mandatory Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience of leading the team of 7-15 people
- At least 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript
- Experience in HTML/JavaScript/CSS in production development (3+ years)
- Proficiency with React.js / Redux, typescript, ECMAScript 6
- Good understanding of OOP
- Software design skills, design patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD, code versioning, SDLC processes
- High attention towards performance optimizations, system scalability, availability and application stability
- Write code on daily basis
