Junior+/Middle Project Manager (offline)

About us:

We work with custom PHP projects for real estate, publishing, healthcare industry as well as develop online stores and build Javascript applications. Recently, we have started to work more with FinTech projects and aim to have more clients in this field.

About the role:

You will work closely with Account Manager and Business Analyst to determine the client’s business needs, transform them into project requirements, organize the development process and successfully deliver solutions. This includes specification write up, project planning, risk and change management, budget control, deadline monitoring and driving your development team forward at all times.

Requirements:

-2+ years of Project Management related experience (Product Owner / Project Coordinator / Scrum Master)
-Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Degree, or equivalent professional experience
-1+ years of proven experience in Web
-1+ years of experience in Agile development
-Strong English verbal and written communication skills
-Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources
-Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
-Setting clear goals and priorities
-Time-management, ability to handle multi-tasking activities
-Quick learning and high flexibility
-Ability to modify approach as per the changing conditions and feedback
-Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively to both IT and business audiences
-Strong teamwork
-Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills

Will be a plus:

-Creating visual analysis models like data flows, process flows, data modelling and others as applicable
-Knowledge of prototyping tools and mockups creation
-Knowledge of requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
-Knowledge of Agile approaches other than Scrum
