PMO (Project Manager Officer) (offline)

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of IT Project Management experience
2. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form
3. Ability to communicate and document complex issues and procedures
4. Ability to support multiple projects and activities, deal with change, and work with a variety of personality types
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
7. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
8. Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
10. Experience working with Task Management tools and frameworks (Asana is a plus)
11. Understanding of Agile SDLC practices
12. Experience with creating reports using Excel/Google Sheets or similar tooling
13. Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency

Responsibilities:

1. Projects delivery, resource planning, team collaboration, risk assessment, change management, and reporting
2. Facilitating projects task and change management best practices company-wide
3. Create and ensure transparency to tracking and reporting project status, costs and risk within the company and externally
4. Participate in definition and maintenance of processes and procedures applied to projects lifecycle
5. Participate in budgeting and planning process during pre-sale and sale activities
