We're looking for the first Engineer on the new project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
On behalf of our customer, we are looking for engineers to join the team that is developing and supports the move of their Dynamics environment (ERP, CRM) from an on-prem to a Cloud scenario, providing process guidance, tech support, and end-to-end functional testing.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to work with Azure technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of the team that will be involved in developing new business capabilities and improving the business process for internal Azure systems using Agile methodologies and SCRUM. In particular, a person will be involved in the design and creation of software applications that enable businesses to manage their customer relationships in order to achieve the optimal results with the greatest efficiency

SKILLS
MUST
• Must be familiar with the concepts around application integration patterns
• Must be comfortably proficient with the Azure stack
• The candidate is familiar with cloud models: SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, iPaaS
• The candidate is highly proficient in the following Azure concepts
o Azure Storage Solutions
o Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Virtual Machines
o Azure Logic Apps
o Azure Service Bus
o Azure Key Vault concepts
o Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates
• The candidate is familiar in the following base infrastructure concepts within Azure
o Azure Active Directory
o Azure Automation
o Azure Virtual Networks
• Must be highly proficient with data standards like JSON and XML.
• Must be an accomplished C# developer with a minimal of 3 years in the language
• Must be proficient with building application using .NET Core (dotnetcore)
• Must be highly proficient with API design and development
• Must be proficient in PowerShell and ARM templates for deployments
• The clear understanding of Source Code Version Control systems such as TFVC and Git
• Understand the goals of CI/CD
• Must be familiar with Build and Release pipelines in Azure DevOps or other popular change management tools such as GoCD or Jenkins
• Must implement test strategies and test frameworks in software engineering, possibly Test-driven development, implementation testing, unit-testing, integration tests to satisfy customer’s acceptance criteria

NICE TO HAVE
The candidate should have excellent communication skills. Verbal communication should be clear.
• The candidate should be capable of quickly grasping high-level concepts and can communicate them to others.
• The candidate can work on a fast-moving developing team, be candid about the status of their work with the development team
• The candidate cares about the quality
• Prior experience with other EAI development platforms such as Microsoft BizTalk Server, Mulesoft, IBM WebSphere or TIBCO is a big plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 for Operations is highly desired but not required if the candidate shows the ability to quickly grasp the functional concepts of the product. Similar knowledge with other ERP platforms is acceptable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft CRM is highly desired as well, but again, not required if the candidate shows the ability to quickly grasp the functional concepts of the product. Similar knowledge with other CRM solutions is acceptable, such as Salesforce
• A certification in Azure is desired if the candidate lacks hands-on experience with some of these concepts
