HR / Recruiter for US fintech company (offline)

Position description:
Rapidly growing US based financial services company is seeking Recruiter/HR specialist to take care of our European IT branches in all aspects of human relations and recruitment processes. Teams are in Kyiv/Lviv, Ukraine and Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements:
* You are good fit for the position if you have experience in organizing recruitment process in the product company during the rapid growth phase.
We will be increasing our technical teams size from current 20 to 40+ developers during the next year.
* Your second priority will be maturing our HR process.
* Spoken English is a must.
* Your international communication and IT related experience is very welcome

Our product:
We are developing the technology platform that allows issuance, management and secondary trading of private securities under US regulations using distributed ledger technology.

Tech stack:
AWS, fullstack Typescript (Node + Angular) with Unit tests, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Golang and distributed ledgers (blockchain) is a plus.
