BI Analyst (offline)

Rapidly growing US based financial services company is seeking Business Intelligence analyst to design, develop and implement BI solution using Tableau.
We have developed a comprehensive platform that allows issuance, management and secondary trading of private securities using distributed ledger technology. The platform is expected to generate a significant amount of transaction and user data that needs to be extracted, synthesized, analyzed and presented to the management team to drive business decisions.
We are looking for a candidate 5+ years of IT experience and Business Intelligence field with 3+ years of experience and expertise in Tableau driven dashboard/analytics design, development and implementation.
The individual will work closely with the senior management team, application developers, and IT owners of the data sources.
Individual will be responsible for providing user access to the data via reports, data extracts, and analysis tools available in Tableau, the development of ETL components and for coding stored procedures.
To be successful, the role will require the individual to have some understanding of the financial services industry and to have the ability to gather reporting requirements, design reports and release them into
production.
Specific requirements:
* Ability to design specifications for BI reporting, considering appropriate data flow;
* Expertise in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics,
preferably with working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture;
* Synthesize and translate Business data needs into creative visualizations in Tableau;
* Be proficient in the use of query and reporting analysis tools available;
* Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports;
* Provide application analysis and data modelling design to collect data for centralized data warehouse.
