HRD (offline)

Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Execute strategy and delivery in all areas of human resources, including talent life-cycle management, organizational design, learning and development, employee benefits and workforce planning
Be as a Partner with the CEO to create and sustain a high-performance culture for a distributed team
Develop our internal performance management, including compensation, structure/normalization, promotion process, performance reviews, handling poor performance, etc.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding
Identify and propose company benefits.
