Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Multi-gateway hub as a comprehensive E-commerce solution and one-stop-shop for manage all financial aspects of E-commerce.
The system contains a number of segregated services like a unified gateway (3 providers integrated for now),
decision-making system, payment formats unifier system, accounting backend, merchant cabinet with API, etc.
The project is in alpha-stage: all services decomposed and have early MVP implementations.
## Specialist requirements
* Experience as a Business analyst / Product manager from 2 years
* Proficient in build whole requirements for a project using customer interviewing as well as analyzing API documentation and specifications
* Good technical writing skill
* Experience in online payments, e-commerce, invoicing, accounting and such business-domains will be a huge advantage
* Descent level in speaking and writing English enough for regular Business owner interviewing and making end-user public documentation
## Responsibilities
* Interviewing business owners
* Describing, decomposing, documenting business processes
* Making tasks description, done criteria, UAT scenarios
* Writing documentation: API, end-user merchant documentation
* Facilitate communication with Business Owners and Development Team
