Performance Marketing Manager (offline)

About the client

Responsibilities
Identify marketing trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
Analyze results and optimize performance according to various KPI's with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers;
Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary;
Collaborate with internal teams and freelances to uncover new insights and opportunities.

Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role;
Experience in developing and launching advertising campaigns;
Experience in implementation of social media & communicative strategy;
Lead generation through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and etc.;
Understanding of web analytics;
Critical and analytical thinking;
Problem-solving skills;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
BA/BS degree;
