Senior Project Manager (offline)

Internationally leading Fintech company and independent provider for the financial industry to both develop and operate its own software. Headquartered in Switzerland with highly qualified domain and IT specialists and has a global customer base of more than hundred financial institutions.

With its core and digital banking software, and its international network of BPO centers, the Client brings trustworthy and efficient banking to the world, delivered through great user experience.

The Project is organized in 5 Streams with following Deliverables:

Globally harmonized Client-Interface Standards (GUI, Engagement Platform, new technologies, chat-bots, ..)
Globally harmonized Standard Operating Procedures document (with all new processes, roles, responsibilities, governance and channels)
Globally harmonized standard ticket data model with globally harmonized standard reporting processes
Globally harmonized Ticket-Process Standards with localization principles and the Governance to manage it over time.
Global standardized Key Quality KPI’s across the whole Ticket-Process-Chain, to measure and secure Ticket- as also Service-Quality
Training Material and training conduction for Ticket-Processes, Governance and KPI’s
Global Blue-Print of HP-SM (Service Manager) Implementation Modell
Roadmap to implement, HP-SM blueprint globally
Implementation of the defined, target deliverables
Requirements
Senior profile with proven working experience (4+ years) in project management (Banking, Insurance area or compagnies which deliver services for them) with global distributed project experts/members.
Experience in analyzing technical/organizational problems and defining solutions to solve it
Experience/ability in managing distributed teams (e.g 5-6 team members across 3 countries)
Ability to work on multiple tasks and cope with strict deadlines
Able to work with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Business, DevOps etc.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Advanced level of both written and verbal English

Form Experts form different locations (around the world) and different work-areas (SW-Engineer, Service-Desk, Support-, Finance, Legal, KAM and others to one winning team.
