Performance Marketing Manager (offline)

Required skills:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing PR in the digital sphere;
You have high motivation to enter a challenging and satisfying field of online marketing;
You have excellent spoken and written communication skills, allowing you to deliver complex information clearly to your colleagues and through marketing material;
You are critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Outstanding university graduate- advantage.

Responsibilities:

Identify marketing trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
Analyze results and optimize performance according to various KPI’s with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers;
Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary;
Collaborate with internal teams and freelances to uncover new insights and opportunities for cross-team collaboration.
