They created a software platform which is the market-leading eCOA solution for clinical trials. Patients, clinicians, and caregivers around the world use this platform on a daily basis to report outcomes in clinical trials by using mobile devices and personal computers.

As a Software Architect, you will take responsibility for designing the overall system architecture of a cutting-edge web application that will be used by thousands of people. Their architects are also coding, so we hope you are also motivated by that. You should be interested in finding new development tools and technologies and you research the market to find the best ones. You have a good eye for usability too, you know what makes the product a success for its users.

Requirements

Must have skills:

- Experience in working with distributed systems
- Experience in working with Java
- Expert knowledge of interconnectivity between systems
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into software architecture and infrastructure
- Ability to define the overall software architecture including the infrastructure, communication between the various systems, data flow optimization, as well as the application-based software architecture
- Work well both with business representatives as well as software developers
- Able to coach and guide the Scrum team, give visions, and help the team go forward
- Great communication skills in English
