R Programming/Report Developer with Shiny Experience (offline)

The project can be configured to report progress metrics and interactive analytical visualizations, supporting the management of clinical studies by informing key decision making. Examples include: tracking progress of recruitment of subjects for a clinical trial across different channels (social-media, web-based advertisement, etc.) to compare their effectiveness; identifying bottlenecks in performance across participating research hospitals; characterisation of the patient population to ensure it meets study objectives; and so forth.

required skills and experience
- ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written);
- strong analytical skills and experience working with data and statistics;
- experience with R.programming, in particular Shiny development;
- experience with Relational Databases and SQL;
- experience with agile development and tools (JIRA);
- experience with software development within validate process environment;

desirable experience
- NoSQL databases esp. Mongo;
- XML;
- Clinical Trials;
