Product Manager for a Startup Hub (offline)

Our preferred candidate should:
1. be experienced in inventing, designing and specifying a product from scratch;
2. have solid analytic skills;
3. Keen on writing clean, readable, and easily understandable specification documents;
4. Strong execution mentality, self-starter;
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, team player;

Requirements  
6. Minimum 4+ years’ proven experience in product management for mobile and web products;
7. Collecting and analyzing business requirements – must;
8. Writing specification documents and creating mockups – must;
9. SWOT Analysis – must;
10. Scrum/Agile – must;
11. Decomposition of complex tasks – big advantage;
12. Tracking the results of the implementation – big advantage;
13. High English level (verbal and written) – must;
14. Training sales staff, help desk, etc. – advantage.
