Sales executive (offline)

Daily regular duties:
– Create a full sales cycle strategy;
– Communicate effectively with management regarding business opportunity progress;
– Active IT sales in international markets;
– Lead generation through online research and/or personal networking;
– Identification of clients’ business needs in hardware products and services that our company can effectively solve;
– Drafting of business proposals;
– Prescribe sales presentations for the client;
– Negotiations with international clients;
– Active use of CRM system (collect and filter of customers base).

Requirements:
– Advanced spoken and written English;
– Experience in direct B2B sales, business development and selling services at C-level is a must;
– Excellent organisational skills;
– Ability to attain targets;
– Strategic thinking;
– Relationship building and cooperation skills, analytical, planning and organising skills, creativity, problem-solving skills;
– Enthusiasm;
– Personal effectiveness/self-discipline;
– Sold solutions based upon an achievable ROI model.

Bonus skills:
– Experience in hardware and software is desirable (development or user side);
– Proven relationship management;
– Understanding of the technology product business;
– Experience in selling IT products or outsourcing services 1+ year;
– Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
– Communication with customers, active participation in full sales cycle;
– Closed deals.
