Responsibilities:
- resource management (monitor hiring, project roles fulfillment, help engineering manager to find proper resources in the organization, create and maintain resource-related reports)
- manage resource bench (budget control and planning, people management, etc.)
- learning management (budget control and planning, demand gathering, schedule classes, etc.)
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years as a Project or Program Manager
- excellent communication skill
- knowledge of financial tools like Excel, Cognos, etc.
- entrepreneurial mindset
- understanding of processes in service companies which provide software development as service
Nice-to-Have Skills:- software development and/or testing background
Languages:
English: Upper-intermediate
