Sr. UX and Visual Designer (offline)

Key Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in designing desktop and/or mobile applications
- An excellent online portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design work for desktop and touch devices
- Strong understanding of UX and Visual fundamentals
- Highly skilled in Figma, Illustrator, and other design tools
- Familiarity with Material Design specifications
- End-to-End Web application delivery experience
- Ability to produce high-fidelity (pixel-accurate) comps of designs, rapidly
- High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality in usability and experience
- A perfectionist who makes sure every pixel is in the right place and has the ability to design, architect, and quickly complete projects with minimal supervision and direction
- Capable of rendering high fidelity layouts and icons
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly within the team
- Acute attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies
- Maturity and willingness to reuse existing approaches without creating own
- Document UX specifications, design, and standards
- Able to participate in multiple projects and tasks at a time


Education and Experience
BS degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field with 5+ years experience


Description
We seek a Sr. UX and Visual Designer responsible for designing new features using modern tools such Figma, Sketch, etc. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a superb aesthetic sense, and a deep appreciation for building the best user experience. The ideal candidate has the ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user mindsets, tasks, and workflows into clean, understandable solutions.

We are a small cross international team that launches complex solutions for large corporations based in the U.S. through thorough processes and development. Our current domain is Health Care, Health Insurance, IoT, Safe Energy, Fitness, and Audio.

Additional Requirements
- Experience driving quality, graphics, and motion
- Familiarity with the agile development process
- Experience implementing accessibility standards and best practices
- Familiarity with Frontend development and approaches
- Must be able to provide sample work as requested and/or do the small technical task
