Project Manager (offline)

Project Description:
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, proactive and result-oriented Project Manager in financial line of business to run teams with 70+ people within large scale program for global financial institution
Responsibilities:
• Hire and onboard professionals from market with cooperation with recruitment and alignment with client. Match specialists to proper teams based on team & candidate’s profile and clients’ expectations
• Make sure the efficiency of onboarding process for team, client and Luxoft, support on demand requests and serve as escalation point
• Own and follow people management processes including people motivation and growth, people risk monitoring and retention, ensure proactive communication with client and team for the resolution of specific cases
• Support existing reporting process and enhance it per program and client needs
• Support and orchestrate where necessary delivery processes prioritized by client
• Manage escalations and proactively communicate with stakeholders on teams’ plans and action items
Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in project management (30+ subordinates)
• People management experience (e.g. team lead, PM role)
• Problem solving, decision making skills
• Upper-intermediate verbal and written English
• Technical background in software development industry
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, BitBucket
• Experience in software development outsourcing companies
• Experience working in / for large enterprise companies
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Working experience in financial or banking domain is preferred
