Account manager (offline)

Requirements:

• Work experience on a similar position in an IT company at least 2 years;
• English level: Upper Intermediate (written and spoken);
• Strong capabilities of building relationships with people in a business setting, good negotiation skills;
• A desire to keep learning, integrating new knowledge and modern tools into your work with clients, aspiration to upgrade your skill set;
• Combining active effective communication and attention to detail;
• Charismatic, energetic and creative personality.

Responsibilities:

• Creating strong and effective relationships with our customers;
• Communicating with clients in English;
• Coming up with effective solutions to fulfill the clients' needs;
• Effectively searching for new growth opportunities for our business;
• Managing the client’s payments.

Would be a big plus:

• Experience in business communication with native speakers;
• Experience in sales.
