Sales Manager (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound bids processing;
- Lead generation and full sale process on Upwork;
- Taking part in negotiations with clients;
- Maintaining leads database and communication.

ABILITIES
- To be proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented;
- Understanding of software development process;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- The desire to earn a lot.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent level of English (writing and speaking);
- Experience in IT outsourcing company;
- Experience in lead generation;
- Experience in Upwork sales process;
- UpWork outbound bids experience.
