Working from our office in Vinnytsia you will be reporting directly to the QA Manager of the division and you will be primarily responsible for keeping application at a high level of quality, sharing and implementing QA best practices and providing expertise to teams.
Responsibilities:
• Define and monitor testing procedures and practices: test management, defect management and tracking management in your Domain;
• Track and provide QA status to stakeholders in a few different locations: Israel, Ukraine, and Romania;
• Constantly participate in incidents management during a live crisis and on a regular cadence;
• Review and present different types of QA deliverables including reports;
• Assist to push all initiatives related to QA;
• Review and control TC quality and testing scope and approach of testing both progression and regression;
• Provide insights about production quality and prepare improvement plans to improve quality for low-quality areas;
• Be an influencer to a matrix-managed team’s members and managers, providing the highest quality standards and approaches;
• Assist in the implementation of QA metrics and achieving studio KPIs;
• Participate in the interviews for newcomers, guide the onboarding process;
• Define the entry and exit criteria for new content development;
• Support QA manager to transform manual testing to automation;
• Participate in performance review process;
• Conduct technical 1-1 meetings ;
• Work with risks inside teams.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of QA experience in the industry;
• 3+ years of team/tech lead experience;
• Deep domain expertise in testing methodologies, technology, and processes;
• Applied Experience in testing strategy transformation in order to reduce time to market;
• Hands-on experience with testing tools, both manual and automation;
• Hands-on experience in building test automation frameworks for Module testing, API, Mobile and Web;
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and delivery pipelines;
• Metrics and data-driven mindset with ability to define and manage test KPIs;
• Able to build and lead a team of test industry experts;
• Agile, and Waterfall SDLC experience;
• Successful case studies in “reversing testing pyramid”;
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the power to persuade and drive continuous improvement while maintaining/building strong partner relationships;
• English upper intermediate level;
• “Out of the box” thinking;
• Energetic, positive attitude and relentless self-motivation.
Nice to have:
• 1+ year of experience with managing a QA function in the organization;
• Experience working with microservices architecture, modular architecture, etc.
• Experience in working with people in different locations/culture;
• Experience of being matrix-manager;
