We are inviting talented professionals to take part in our paid Professional Services Consultants Trainee Program.
Trainee Program duration: 2 months. Depending on results of trainings, we are going to suggest a full-time job in our Professional Services Consultants team.

The Customer is the world's leading provider of customer service and contact center software, with more than 4,500 customers in 80 countries. Drawing on its more than 20 years of customer service innovation and experience.

Requirements
• Knowledge of the principles of construction and operation of networks (OSI network model, understanding the principles of network protocols and services)
• IP protocols stack (ТСP vs UDP, HTTP vs FTP)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of RDBMS (at least one of the following: Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PgSQL)
• Basic systems administration skills (Windows, Linux)
• Result oriented attitude and problem-handling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive and analytical mindset
• Spoken English (intermediate+)
• Experience in software development will be plus
• Ability to travel and spend up to 30-40% of time in business trips - Europe, USA (if - full time contract after training)
