HR Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Newcomers onboarding and adaptation
• 1x1 meetings with employees
• Monitor attrition and develop preventive action plans
• Create and update HR policies, procedures, guidelines
• Arrange and analyze employee satisfaction surveys
• Facilitate performance review meetings
• Participate in HR researches
• Prepare HR reports
• Participate in various internal HR projects
Required skills:
• 2+ years of experience in HR (IT experience preferred)
• Experienced in employee retention activities
• Upper-intermediate English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking
• Tech Savvy
