Resource Manager (offline)

Requirements:
1+ year of experience within the IT industry;
Upper-Intermediate English level;
Working experience with any CRM system or database;
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people;
Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills;

Responsibilities:
Formation and monitoring development plans for employees;
Supervision of the certification process;
Employees workload optimizing and projects allocation;
CVs preparation for sending to customers and organization of clients’ interviews;
Generating ideas for improving internal processes and their implementation.
