-ability to be fast as a flash and to hold terabytes of data in one’s head
-strong motivation, willingness to learn a lot super fast and to push one’s limit on a daily basis;
-outstanding communication skills and perfect English;
-ability to work well independently;
-deep understanding of software project management concepts, risk management, and software quality;
-ability to organize, motivate, and manage project team (people management);
-experience of working with foreign customers (preferably Europe), client facing skills.
