Head of Account Department (offline)

You are the candidate we are looking for if you:
• Possess more than 1 year of experience working in Ad network;
• Have experience in managing pop/push campaigns;
• Have managing experience ;
• Deep understanding of Digital-advertising market and lead generation;
• Possess excellent negotiation skills;
• Have the ability and desire to work for the result.

Functional responsibilities:
• Build and manage team of account managers;
• Training, control, motivation;
• Statement and control of KPI implementation for team;
• Independent search and attraction of new partners;
• Work optimization of platforms, technical support;
• Meeting deadlines and weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI’s.
