IT Recruiter (offline)

We’re looking for a thoughtful and self-driven IT Recruiter to accelerate hiring process and continuously improve our recruiting practices.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to join a growing product company and grow as the company grows.

Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of experience in IT recruiting and headhunting
Must have exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
Passion for sourcing, exploring new ways of finding great candidates
Ability to spot exceptionally talented people that are a great fit
Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
Passionate about technology and innovation

Responsibilities:

Recruiting/headhunting and ensure efficiency and timeliness of hiring
Source the best talents from social networks, messengers, developer’s chats
Promote the company’s brand and image to potential candidates
Maintain database
Monitor the labor market
Help build transparent recruiting processes with clear KPIs and regular reporting
