Data Analyst/Feedback Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
• To consolidate employee feedback coming from different sources – surveys, audits, interviews
• Structure feedback data, analyze it, build reports and present conclusions to key stakeholders
• Follow-up with corporate functions and employees to address issues identified, monitor progress
• Keep close contact with regional management (to share overall picture by region and success stories) and Continuous Improvement team (to kick-off new projects)
• Design and run surveys on demand

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven person
• English proficiency is at least Upper Intermediate
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to help people and make a difference
• Diplomatic personality (ability to persuade and influence people without relying on formal authority)
