Android Team Lead (offline)

We are looking for highly motivated and proactive team leader who will be responsible for the projects start, implementation and successful delivery to various Akvelon clients.

Android Team Leader is a member and Lead of an Agile-oriented cross-functional team of software engineers, business systems analysts, software testers, technical writers, and graphic designers who leverage software to solve real-world problems.

Professional skills required:
• At least 7 years of experience working in outsourcing / outstaffing industry
• At least 3 years of experience on Team Lead
• Solid expertise in Software Architecture, DDD, OOP, Cloud Software Solutions
• Deep understanding of Mobile architecture, Android SDK, NDK, Kotlin
• Experience in leading pre-sales activities and participating in new business development
• Experience in managing and mentoring team members
• Upper Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
• Developing technical solutions to high-level product problems as well as being able to shape your role and responsibilities.
• Projects technical leading (from inceptions to delivery)
• Participating in defining projects scope, architecture and design approaches
• Preparing new bids and estimates for incoming projects
• Growth and motivating development teams
• Planning and conducting of trainings / seminars for employee technical skills improvement
