Senior UI/UX designer (offline)

What we do:
KPMG Product Development Center (PDC) is a full-cycle development team. We assist our clients and KPMG network to improve business processes by both IT services outsourcing and KPMG software solutions implementation. For these purposes we have gathered a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, BA, and UI/UX designers.

Currently we are looking for Senior UI/UX Designer who will be a part of KPMG Product Development Center.

Key responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop the design team
- Share knowledge with junior colleagues
- Estimate the workload, measure the effectiveness of the team
- Conduct UI/UX researches on existing solutions
- Participate in UI/UX design and product delivery
- Work directly with the client, propose best UI/UX practices for the products
- Collaborate with development team.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Experience in leading a team
- Strong expertise in composition and trends in design
- Experience with Adobe package (Ps, Ai, Xd, Id)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript principles
- Advanced level of English
- Leading by example approach and high communication skills
- Critical thinking and ability to integrate easily within a team.
