People Partner (offline)

Requirements:
- Previous experience in People Partner/HR role or in other administrative role;
- Problem-solving and negotiating skills;
- Responsible, initiative and well-organized person;
- Goal-orientation and persistence;
- Project Manager skills within hr projects;
- Structures and system approach;
- Ability to work with analyses and recommendations after surveys and reviews;
- Participation in Company’s policies and processes creation (from idea to implementation);
- English - upper-intermediate;

Will be a plus:
+ Understanding of product Company business goals;
+ Degree in psychology;
+ Interest in cybersport.

Responsibilities:
- Employee performance (probation) reviews including surveys (360 degree, ENPs);
- Company policies and procedures elaboration (up-to-date support);
- Supporting managers with appropriate knowledge to effectively manage their team;
- Assure effective communication and cooperation of employees on all company levels.
- Cooperation with the Finance department on budget planning
- Identify training needs for leads/managers;
- Analyze and present HR metrics
- Manage employee-related issues;
- Interaction with different Company departments to ensure hr processes work.
