Unity Team Leader (offline)

Required skills

4 years’ experience with proven Unity 3d development.
Experience with PHP development.
Experience working with mySQL and/or postgreSQL.
Experience working with various code versioning control platforms (git).
Proven experience in an agile environment (working with sprint plannings platforms like Jira/trello — using either agile or kanban boards).
Fluent English both spoken and written.
Ability to work with design docs and spreadsheets, and writing design docs and spreadsheets.

As a plus

Working with Amazon Web Services:
DMS, EC2, Data Pipelines, RDS, ELB, Opsworks, S3, Cloudfront, Cloudwatch, Route53, EBS, Aurora SQL, Redshift.
Working with Terraform, Datadog, Python, Jenkins.

Responsibilities

Recruit and manage a local team of 5-10 game developers in Kyiv.
In working with the Israeli team, ensures that Company Games development, metrics and processes are in place to meet product requirements, business objectives and operational needs.
Works with Israeli product and engineering leaders to aid teams in meeting deadlines for key deliverables.
Creates and implements best practice delivery game deliveries, strategy, and processes to aid and improve product and business performance.
Oversees processes to track actual team/development costs.
We are looking for a great leader with the ability to establish, recruit and manage a new development team.
