Now we have a new vacancy: Team Lead Python Developer

We need a team-leader for our development team who will be able to improve department working system and build-up the right communication, the team leader who will become a real mentor for all members of the team and who will be able to develop people in correct manner, i.e. to distribute interesting and complex tasks and make development plans. We need a person who does not have any obstacles, always seeks and finds the best solutions, while taking into account both technology and business performance.
If you have a good experience in building up your team and to be responsible for the overall result and you know how to distribute tasks within the group and their orders, as well as do understand how to evaluate and motivate the staff, then you are THE RIGHT PERSON for our team!
We expect from the candidate:
● Working experience 3 years + as a backend developer (Python)
● Team Lead experience 1 year +
● Multi-threading and asynchronous software development
● Having Knowledge and understanding of network principles (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL)
● Database experience (PostgreSQL)
● git
● Agile team working experience.
● Having knowledge of infrastructure principles, AWS Amazon cloud and Google Cloud.
