Business Analyst & Product Support Engineer (offline)

Specialized knowledges
• Knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques
• Knowledge of UML notations
• Knowledge of XML, Web Services, SOAP & REST API
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
• Knowledge of prototyping tools (Axure / Figma)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile principles

Experience
• 3+ years in business analysis in tech company
• 2+ years in Agile methodology

Skills and Abilities
• Strong self-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities
• Experience in business requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Experience in the system analysis
• Communication and presentation skills
• Verbal and written English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have
• Degree in the Computer Science/Applied Systems Analysis/Cybernetics
• Practical experience as a Scrum master

Our team is working on booking platforms for major European railways that allows to search and book international train and bus tickets from Deutsche Bahn, SNCF, Trenitalia, ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways), and focused on UI/UX development and rail provider integration.
