— At least 2 years of proven experience in recruiting for IT company or personnel agency working in IT sphere;
— Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of the recruiting process;
— Lots of successfully closed senior positions in IT;
— Understanding of software development lifecycle;
— Being aware of current trends in the IT industry;
— Excellent communication skills, written & verbal;
— Brilliant organizational & presentation skills;
— Proactivity, result-orientation;
— Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines;
— At least Intermediate English;
— Willing to work in a team and truly be the part of a whole.

— Keeping recruiting statistics and reporting;
— Communicating with the management team;
— Strengthen, developing and supporting the company’s internal HR brand;
— On-boarding of new team members.
