• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• strong business analysis and requirement management skills
• knowledge of BA techniques and Agile methodology
• ability to modeling and visualize business processes (BPMN / UML specification) ;
• analytical thinking and problem-solving
• experience in writing user stories and coordination with the development team
• advanced level of written and spoken English

• transfer BRS to SRS
• write, formalize and approve project specification with customers
• produce functional specifications that are clear and easy to understand
• work with the team during project realization, help the team to solve appearing issues and question, related to project requirements
• help to prepare backlog of the project
