Role Summary
Role is opened in Form Filling Squad - team responsible for development of functionality allowing users have their web forms automatically filled in a fast and easy way. At our Vinnytsia office, we have a team of data moderators collecting reference data (Etalon) for this module from hundreds of websites.
QA Support Manager’s role envisages supervising and leading this team.

Role Goals
Goal 1: Collect reference data set to support implementation of the Form Filling feature:
- On Sign Up, Sign In, Reset Password forms;
- On top 1000 sites in USA;
Goal 2: Check the quality of the Form Filling feature on the top 1000 sites in the US.

Within your first month we are expecting you to…
Make a deep dive into the goals and processes of the reference data management;
Define business requirements for the reference data management;
Define scope, plan, restrictions for the data management;
Define required team structure of the data moderators to achieve business goals;
Extend and manage the data moderators team;
Drive reference data management process to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
Manage reference data according to the business requirements
Setup workflow for reference data (aka Etalon) for form filling technology
Setup workflow for reference data collection process and quality assurance
Develop and implement a motivating program for staff based on work metrics

Role Requirements:
Experience in team building and management;
High learning agility;
Tech Savviness (e.g. know answers to “what is a proxy? What is vpn?” etc.)
Able to analyze data and generate insights for further process improvements
Understanding the basics of QA (any QA experience or QA education is a plus)
