Python developer (offline)

We are looking for:
Proactive team player who is ready to face challenging tasks to develop the product from the scratch

Functional responsibilities:
• Development of projects in the field of urban cadaster, land accounting.
• Spatial and tabular analytics, statistical processing and interpretation of information received.
• Data validity analysis.
• Development and management of geospatial database architecture.

Required skills
• 2+ years of experience with Python 3
• Experience with object-oriented design and building backend applications with REST API services using Python
• Experience in highly loaded projects, solving scalability and load balancing problems (mobile app)
• Experience designing and developing service-based architectures and/or micro-services
• Understanding Linux & Docker, nginx, AWS, etc.
• GIS ArcGIS (ArcGIS for Server, ArcGIS Online, Desktop, Portal for ArcGIS, knowledge of other ArcGIS products). (as a plus)
• Experience using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (PostgreSQL or MySQL/ MongoDB, Radis etc.)
• Experience with the following development practices: continuous integration
• GitHub, GitLab, auto tests
• RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery, Tornado, Twisted, GraphQL (as a plus)
