SCRUM Master (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Cooperation with Product Owner and other stakeholders
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
Coaching and sharing Agile/Scrum principles among a team members
Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Planning sprints, monitoring and controlling tasks flow, reporting to customer;
Being an initiative and active member of Leadership Team;
Establishing, supporting and optimizing the processes within the teams and on higher levels.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of Scrum Master experience in a software development environment;
Excellent understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles;
Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines;
Experience working with high professional teams and technically complicated products;
Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills and the ability to solve conflicts efficiently;
Fluent English.
WOULD BE A PLUS
Scrum master certification
Experience working with multiple Product Teams
Experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g. SAFe/LeSS)
