Senior Developer - Backend - PHP (offline)

About YOU

5+ years of PHP experience including Laravel
Working knowledge of front-end/Javascript
Git for version control; and familiar with a git workflow
Hands on experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch or Redis
Has experience working in high volume, high load environments
Has the desire and ability to solve complex problems
Is able to self-manage, but can collaborate effectively
Doesn't feel comfortable committing code without tests
Can create a small service with a modern PHP framework and deploy it with Docker pretty effortlessly
Strong communication skills, and a desire to use them. Communication and collaboration are important to us.
Holds a passion for mentoring and growing more junior developers
Experience with React and/or backbone.js a plus
Experience marketing /building applications for marketing a plus
Experience with GitLab CI/CD workflows a big plus
