Key Qualifications:
Experience as a Project Manager - 6 month and more
Proficiency with the German Language, Upper-Intermediate is a must
Basic theoretical knowledge of IT Project Management
Self-education and proactivity. The ability to independently acquire new skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsible. Ability to make independent decisions with a low amount of direct supervision
Effective team-player
Planning skills, High Self-Motivation, Goal-oriented
High time-management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at a time and keep the focus on several tasks at once
Identify the key points from the information workflow
Ability to criticize and analyze the information received
Rapid decision-making in critical situations
Ability to develop a quick understanding of the situation and to work under extreme pressure
