Middle/Senior UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:

— 3 years of relevant UX design experience defining and creating experiences across applications, mobile, and websites. Interactive agency experience is required;
— Exhibit a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate start-to-finish work including any sketches, wireframes, personas, scenarios, and screenshots of the final deliverable — We want to understand how you think about a problem;
— Experience in creating wireframes (preferably in Axure RP), user flows and site maps;
— Advanced experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— High attention to detail.

Will be a plus:

— Understanding of common project management and development practices, including agile;
— Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

— Be a great team player, ability to collaborate closely with developers, UX team members, designers, and stakeholders;
— Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, user flows, site maps and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods;
— Participate in team brainstorming sessions and meetings;
— Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
