Lead Generation Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

β€’ Update and maintain the Lead database
β€’ Lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling
β€’ Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns
β€’ Source leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, Xing
β€’ Support the customer engagement process
β€’ General support for the Business Development team
β€’ Appointing meetings with customers and our sales managers


Ideal job profile:

β€’ Experience working in IT sales, B2B sales, other sales experience
β€’ Understanding software development lifecycle
β€’ Excellent communication skills;
β€’ Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least) or Advanced
β€’ Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot);
β€’ Proactive;
β€’ Team player;
β€’ Hood presenter;
β€’ self-organized;
β€’ ability to perform under stress;
β€’ strategic thinking.
