Requirements:
Upper Intermediate level of written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of Web UI technologies (HTML, CSS)
Basic knowledge of any programming language is a plus
Technical education is a plus

Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing users' requirements
Troubleshooting tasks and cases reported by clients
Providing operational support for key clients
