And now we are looking for a talented Sourcer.

The best fit has:
- 0.5 to 3 years of relevant experience as Sourcer in IT
- Experience with different sourcing tools and techniques: you know what can you 'pull out' from Google/Bing/duckduckgo/other browsers and can show it fast!
- Understanding of the principles of work social/professional networks and the web in general: you can find the same person on at least 3-4 resources
- Understanding of IT market: not only difference between FE and BE, but habits and habitats of DevOps Engineers and Product Managers
- Ukrainian/Russian and English proficiency (speaking/writing)
- Self-organized and result-oriented: we shouldn't track or limit your working time, but you feel your own working progress
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change: recruiting world is so impermanent
