Due to continuous expansion an opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team based in our office in Nicosia, Cyprus. We are looking for someone who is fun, energetic, and interested in relocating.

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for improving and updating content, structure, search performance, paid search and KPIs of our client projects. As the Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will have responsibility for continuously monitoring and measuring, providing analysis and optimising programme performance. The duties also include researching keywords and developing keyword strategy, using doubleclick, conducting research on competitions, monitoring search performance for websites and providing end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns.

• Keyword research
• Developing keyword strategies
• Competition research and analysis
• Improving and updating content
• Content writing
• Planning, launching and monitoring campaigns
• Testing campaigns, using data and insight
• Inbound link building
• Developing social media strategies
• Running email marketing and social media campaigns
• Using Doubleclick
• Mentoring junior digital marketing officers
• To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team


Candidate Profile:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or relevant field, or able to demonstrate significant relevant experience.
• Experience of Google AdWords and Google Analytics (Certification required) including setting up and optimising campaigns.
• Good understanding of development cycle and web technologies (Desirable).
• Previous experience in digital marketing techniques (e.g. email, SMS, remarketing, mobile, paid search, display and social media).
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Proven track record in campaign management.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Must have highly organized approach and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving and data analysis skills. Must have the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Team player, focused with a positive attitude who can work well under pressure.
• Able to demonstrate creativity and ability to deliver with speed through past projects.
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken skills).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
