Project Administration Specialist (offline)

Project Description:
About the Project:Project Management Office of a large delivery center within Luxoft seeks a Project Administration Specialist. This position enables PMO to carry out its day-to-day functions smoothly: to respond promptly on various demands from customer's and internal management's side; to coordinate internal activities between PMO, customer and delivery managers; to collect, analyze and report delivery statuses and other project data on regular and ad hoc basis.

 Handle contract administration, coordinate invoicing procedure, technically submit financial data into systems and do simple follow-ups;
 Actively coordinate project reporting activities: ensure that delivery managers provide project statuses and other reporting data in regular and timely manner. Perform verification of data to ensure its consistency and correctness.
 Project's metrics gathering, calculation and visualization.
Mandatory Skills:
 Advanced MS Office user (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
 Profound working experience with complex corporate systems.
 Proven experience of handling big amount of heterogeneous data.
 Experience of work for IT company is a plus.
 Written English (oral is preferred).
