HR generalist (offline)

Обязанности:

• поиск кандидатов;

• организация и проведение собеседований;

• ведение документации и поддержание HR базы компании;

• адаптация новых сотрудников компании;

• консультирование работников по вопросам социальной и компенсационной политики компании, развития и тд;

• организация корпоративных праздников и тимбилдингов.

Требования :

• высшее образование (желательно психология);

• от 1го года опыта в HR в сфере IT;

• хорошие навыки презентации, коммуникации и ведения переговоров;

• уровень владения английским языком — средний и выше;

• коммуникабельность и жизнерадостность :)

Будет плюсом :

• дополнительная образование в сфере управления персоналом, курсы по HR, профессиональные сертификации.
