Employer Brand Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Daxx employer brand
Follow the latest trends in building communities (+100 extra points if you have such experience)
Build branding programs and implement them
Together with HR and Marketing teams to increase Daxx visibility in key markets
Evolve Daxx employment branding strategy to connect Daxx culture and value proposition to attract top talent
Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
Enhance the look and feel of communications throughout the candidate and employee lifecycle
Event Management
Requirements:
Successfully implemented practical cases of brand promotion
Prior marketing, brand, and social media experience (preferably within recruiting or talent brand)
Demonstrated ability to deliver targeted recruitment marketing, social media, and employee value proposition building strategies
Strong social and communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and priority setting
Deadline oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
