Senior Business\System Analyst (offline)

Project Description:
One of the largest retail worldwide company that located in USA needs a professional, effective and result-oriented team to design, develop and support complex enterprise solutions. This solutions include logistic applications used various supply chain methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Identify business needs
- Elicit and clarify business requirements from Product Managers on Customer side both face-to-face during onsite business trips, or remotely (more frequent case) via emails, video-calls, messages, etc.
- Pro-actively work on getting the scope from client and building the backlog for future sprints and releases
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements in a form of User Stories (or other forma if agreed with internal / external stakeholders) based on business requirements
- Present requirements to the internal teams (Dev, QA)
- Obtain requirements approval from client side
- Review test cases to ensure the comply with requirements
- Scope management along with the stakeholders from Client side
- Establish and follow CR Management process
- Support of internal / external stakeholders after requirements are ready (during issues discussion and triage, further requirements amendments, demos, etc.).

Mandatory Skills:
- - Transforming ambiguity into clear statements
- Pro-activeness in communication to Dev, QA and Customer
- Being natural to absolute Agile, no waterfall
- Perform good and quick under stress
- Being aware and comfortable with different BA tools and methodologies, ability to choose the proper one for the specific case (UML, Mind Maps, Business processes, User Stories, Use Cases, UI mockup preparation tools, etc.)
- Efficient and quick communication with different teams using various communication channels (personal, emails, phone, instant messaging, video-calls)
- IT background
- Advanced English, both verbal and written
